Shane Neman is a serial entrepreneur, venture capitalist, real estate investor, and author. An NYU computer science graduate who left medical school, he bootstrapped JoonBug and EZ Texting after his first startup failed. Both businesses were acquired; EZ Texting reached 50,000+ customers by 2012 before its 2013 acquisition by CallFire.
He established his Miami family office in 2013 and launched Neman Ventures in 2018. His investments span frontier technology, consumer brands, property, and operating businesses, including Pacific Park at the Santa Monica Pier. He lives in South Florida with his wife and children.
